Time:
Leaving @ 3:45pm on Friday from the church. If a drop-off point in town would help, please let us know. It would be Ingles on the Hill in Waynesville at 3:35.
Return will be Sunday morning for the AM worship service.
Cost: $100 - Checks made out to Calvary Road Baptist Church, cash, pay online at the registration link.
Permission Slip: Use the link below. We need one for each child, so if you have multiple children going, fill it out for each student. Thanks!
Meals (the permission slip has a section for allergies):
Friday evening - Sub sandwiches and chips
Saturday breakfast - pancakes and bacon
Saturday lunch - fast food meal out - have money!
Saturday evening - baked ziti, salad
Sunday breakfast - cereal, pop tarts, etc.
Money: Other than snacks and one meal, you won’t need money for anything, other than things you want to buy. The event has a shop for merch, and we will be going to the Island Saturday.
Return: We plan to leave Pigeon Forge around 8:00 Sunday morning to make it back in time for church. We will have a reserved section in the back of the church for us to sit in the event we arrive after church has begun. If you wish for your student to sit with you instead, please let us and them know.
Medication: If your student has medication, please have it in a ziplock baggie with name and instructions and turn that in to Katie on Friday at drop off.
Packing: Students shouldn’t need to pack a lot of extra. Remember Bible, toiletries, swimming suit (each cabin has its own pool–so there will be a guys pool and a girls pool), and clothes for church on Sunday.
